The Journal of Computer Technology and Software (JCTS) is a fully open access journal. All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication. Readers can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without registration or subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, all articles in JCTS are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, users are free to:

JCTS does not impose any embargo period. Articles are open access from the moment of online publication.
